Fantastic Pêra Villa Positive: The space was in abundance at Villa Vintage, everywhere felt light and airy even up in the loft rooms. There was everything you could need available at the villa. The swimming pool was such a bonus and was actually larger than we expected. The village it is situated in is small but has plenty amenities, multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, a pharmacy and small shop. There was also a large Aldi within a 15/20 minutes walk. It's approximately a 40 minute walk to the beach but Ubers are readily available and very cost effective so getting down to the beach area was quick and easy, and also getting out to other towns to explore Portugal further. The team at monte rentals were super helpful and friendly, they provided lots of details prior to us arriving and were on hand during our stay, sorting any queries quickly. Negative: It is a shame that one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning which made it a little more tricky for us as a family as it is one of the larger downstairs double rooms. However the team at monte rentals were very helpful, and provided a fan and a couple of days later a portable air conditioning unit which did the trick.
